I had offers for desert safari tours for less than this company, but I was skeptical of them, because I've heard from friends about bad experiences in jaisalmer, such as guides being grossly inappropriate with women, poor planning especially for sleeping arrangement, and food being inedible. But when I (with my friend) walked into the office of Sahara travels, after reading all the reviews here, I immediately felt that everything was straightforward and well-organized. Mr. Bissa the son of the original owner seemed very professional and kind-hearted. So we went ahead and booked a trip with them, and we both do not regret a single thing. They have a set price, and it's not so much actually. You will not have to deal with any extra costs in the end, or anyone pressuring you for more tips. They also don't try to make themselves hype like others do by saying things like "we're from the desert. We'll show you the true beauty of the desert," etc, which I appreciate.

The one night tour: in the morning Mr. Bissa drove us in the jeep with the camel man in the back, and stopped at an abandoned town, which is a really fascinating place to see. He gave us the background in a very nice way. I was really happy to stop by there since I am very much interested in the history of silk route. Also the interesting point was that the town was built and occupied by the Brahmin caste and the guide was from the same caste. He will tell you some spooky stories about the place, which added to the mystery.

Then we drove more, and got dropped off where our camels were waiting. Each person gets his/her own camel, and they will be lead, unless you specify otherwise. If you are experienced with camels and want to take your own, that's fine with them, as long as I've seen. I have been on camels before, so I asked them if I could lead my own and they were ok with it. And I was really happy with the camel since he was very well trained and docile. We saw some wildlife too such as gazelles and different kinds of birds.

We arrived to the camp after about two hours or so and settled in, getting to know the other travelers and such. It was a really nice bonding time. While we were checking out the surrounding dunes and taking photos they prepared dinner and fire for us. The dinner overall was fantastic. We had asked for beers before (specify the number) so we had plenty to drink and we had some options for different curries. You're in luck if you're vegetarian. I think they usually cook vegetarian curries, but even as a meat eater I thought the food was good.

Sleeping under the stars is amazing! You don't have to sleep on sand since they provide metal frame and plastic weave beds (with bedding on top). I thought it was quite comfortable and warm. I had a good sleep.

In the morning the breakfast was plenty with toast, eggs, jam, etc. The only thing missing was coffee, so you might want to bring some with you if you're a coffee freak like me.
We had a fun camel ride also after a lazy morning, and then we headed back to town.

From what I've seen in the reviews everyone has a good time with this company so do it, I think it's worth the higher price. I wouldn't want to risk anything just for a few rupees.

grande expérience !

J'ai eu des offres pour les safaris du désert pour moins de cette société, mais j'étais sceptique quant à eux, parce que j'ai reçu des amis sur les mauvaises expériences à jaisalmer, qui guide comme manifestement inapproprié chez les femmes, mauvaise planification surtout pour dormir les arrangements et la nourriture est immangeable. Mais quand j'ai (avec mon ami) est allé dans le voyage de l'Office du Sahara, après avoir lu tous les commentaires ici, j'ai su immédiatement que tout était simple et bien organisé. M. Bissa, fils de l'ancien propriétaire a semblé très professionnel et bon cœur. Donc nous sommes allés à venir et réservé un voyage avec eux, et nous avons tous deux ne regrette pas une seule chose. Ils ont un prix, et ce n'est pas tellement en fait. Vous n'avez pas à faire face à certains frais supplémentaires à la fin, ou n'importe qui faire pression sur vous pour obtenir des conseils. Aussi, ils n'essaient pas de hype comme les autres en disant des choses comme « nous sommes du désert. Nous allons vous montrer la véritable beauté du désert, "etc., que j'apprécie.

Un tour de nuit : matin M. Bissa nous a conduit dans la Jeep avec le chameau man à l'arrière, et s'est arrêté à une ville déserte, qui est un endroit très fascinant à voir. il nous a donné l'arrière-plan d'une manière très agréable. J'ai été vraiment heureux de s'arrêter là parce que je suis très intéressé par l'histoire de la route de la soie. J'ai été sur un chameau avant, alors je leur ai demandé si je pouvais conduire ma propre et ils étaient ok avec elle, et j'ai été vraiment heureux avec le chameau, parce qu'il était très bien formés et docile. Nous avons aussi vu des animaux sauvages tels que les gazelles et les différentes sortes d'oiseaux.

Nous sommes arrivés au camp après environ deux heures et se sont installés à, d'apprendre à connaître les autres voyageurs et tel. Il fut un temps de collage vraiment sympa. Alors que nous étions checking out les dunes environnantes et prenez des photos préparé le dîner et le feu pour nous. Dans l'ensemble le dîner était incroyable. Nous avions demandé pour la bière avant (entrez le numéro) donc nous avons eu beaucoup à boire et nous avons eu peu d'options pour les currys différents. Vous êtes chanceux si vous êtes végétarien. Je pense qu'ils habituellement au curry végétarien Cook, mais aussi comme un mangeur de viande, je pensais que la nourriture était bonne.

Il est bon de dormir sous les étoiles ! Vous n'avez pas de dormir sur le sable, car ils donnent l'armature en métal et plastique tisser lits (avec une pincée sur le dessus). Je pensais que c'était assez confortable et chaleureux. J'ai eu un bon sommeil.

Le matin était bon avec toast, oeufs, confiture, etc.. La seule chose qui manquait était le café, alors vous voudrez mettre un peu avec vous si vous êtes un maniaque du café comme moi.
Nous avons eu une agréable randonnée chamelière après une grasse matinée, et puis nous sommes retournés à la ville.

De ce que j'ai vu dans les commentaires qu'ont tous un bon moment avec cette société qui le rend, je pense que ça vaut le prix plus élevé. Je ne veux pas risquer quelque chose juste pour quelques roupies.

J'ai appris à Jaisalmer relativement tard dans la journée (15) et appelé pour voir si une nuit de chameau était encore possible. Ils ont dit que c'était et tout cela en moins d'une heure. Ils m'ont facturé supplémentaire pour la randonnée par vous-même, mais s'y attendre. Mis en place un trek est tout simplement pas la peine pour 1 personne au prix normal.

Comme promis, ce fût une expérience touristique des Nations Unies. Nous avons pris une jeep 35 k dans le désert. a rencontré Frank (l'Assistant de camp) et mon guide de chameau âgé de 12 an. Puis nous avons expulsé des dunes sur un trajet de 1 h 30 de chameau (vraiment, c'est aussi longtemps que vous voulez être sur un chameau). Après la course, mon guide m'a laissé dans les dunes de sable en une heure par moi-même, jusqu'à ce que j'ai ramassé se rendre dans le camp. Cela sonne mal, être laissé dans les dunes de sable, mais pour moi ce fut une expérience très calme et spirituelle. Si vous aviez votre autre significatif avec vous, vous pouvez prendre cela comme un moment romantique pour regarder le coucher du soleil. Après une heure, j'ai a été emmené au camp, a obtenu une bonne bouffe et ont sommeil d'une excellente nuit sous les étoiles. Je me suis jamais senti trop gâté et mes guides obtient toujours de me faire l'expérience que je voulais. Ils ne cherchent pas à interférer avec l'expérience, ils étaient juste attentifs si j'ai besoin de quelque chose. C'était exactement le type de voyage non touristique, que je cherchais, et il n'est pas toujours facile à trouver en Inde.

Je suggère fortement de se joindre à la Sagrada famillia voyage ; ils se soucient vraiment des expériences de leurs clients. Ils vous donnent le trajet souhaité, pas le disque qui est le plus simple et la plus fréquente chez les touristes.

J'ai eu des offres pour les safaris du désert pour moins de cette société, mais j'étais sceptique quant à eux, parce que j'ai reçu des amis sur les mauvaises expériences à jaisalmer, qui guide comme manifestement inapproprié chez les femmes, mauvaise planification surtout pour dormir les arrangements et la nourriture est immangeable. Mais quand j'ai (avec mon ami) est allé dans le voyage de l'Office du Sahara, après avoir lu tous les commentaires ici, j'ai su immédiatement que tout était simple et bien organisé. M. Bissa, fils de l'ancien propriétaire a semblé très professionnel et bon cœur. Donc nous sommes allés à venir et réservé un voyage avec eux, et nous avons tous deux ne regrette pas une seule chose. Ils ont un prix, et ce n'est pas tellement en fait. Vous n'avez pas à faire face à certains frais supplémentaires à la fin, ou n'importe qui faire pression sur vous pour obtenir des conseils. Aussi, ils n'essaient pas de hype comme les autres en disant des choses comme « nous sommes du désert. Nous allons vous montrer la véritable beauté du désert, "etc., que j'apprécie.

Un tour de nuit : matin M. Bissa nous a conduit dans la Jeep avec le chameau man à l'arrière, et s'est arrêté à une ville déserte, qui est un endroit très fascinant à voir. il nous a donné l'arrière-plan d'une manière très agréable. J'ai été vraiment heureux de s'arrêter là parce que je suis très intéressé par l'histoire de la route de la soie. Aussi intéressant est que la ville a été construite et occupée par la caste des brahmanes et le guide de la même caste. Il vous dira des histoires un peu effrayant sur la place, ce qui ajoute au mystère.

Puis nous avons roulé plus et suis tombés où attendaient nos chameaux. Chaque personne reçoit leurs chameaux, et ils donneront lieu, sauf indication contraire. Si vous êtes expérimenté avec des chameaux et envie de prendre votre propre, c'est très bien avec eux, aussi longtemps que j'ai vu. J'ai été sur un chameau avant, alors je leur ai demandé si je pouvais conduire ma propre et ils étaient ok avec elle, et j'ai été vraiment heureux avec le chameau, parce qu'il était très bien formés et docile. Nous avons aussi vu des animaux sauvages tels que les gazelles et les différentes sortes d'oiseaux.

Nous sommes arrivés au camp après environ deux heures et se sont installés à, d'apprendre à connaître les autres voyageurs et tel. Il fut un temps de collage vraiment sympa. Alors que nous étions checking out les dunes environnantes et prenez des photos préparé le dîner et le feu pour nous. Dans l'ensemble le dîner était incroyable. Nous avions demandé pour la bière avant (entrez le numéro) donc nous avons eu beaucoup à boire et nous avons eu peu d'options pour les currys différents. Vous êtes chanceux si vous êtes végétarien. Je pense qu'ils habituellement au curry végétarien Cook, mais aussi comme un mangeur de viande, je pensais que la nourriture était bonne.

Il est bon de dormir sous les étoiles ! Vous n'avez pas de dormir sur le sable, car ils donnent l'armature en métal et plastique tisser lits (avec une pincée sur le dessus). Je pensais que c'était assez confortable et chaleureux. J'ai eu un bon sommeil.

Le matin était bon avec toast, oeufs, confiture, etc.. La seule chose qui manquait était le café, alors vous voudrez mettre un peu avec vous si vous êtes un maniaque du café comme moi.
Nous avons eu une agréable randonnée chamelière après une grasse matinée, et puis nous sommes retournés à la ville.

De ce que j'ai vu dans les commentaires qu'ont tous un bon moment avec cette société qui le rend, je pense que ça vaut le prix plus élevé. Je ne veux pas risquer quelque chose juste pour quelques roupies.

Nice but not amazing..

I had offers for desert safari tours for less than this company, but I was skeptical of them, because I've heard from friends about bad experiences in jaisalmer, such as guides being grossly inappropriate with women, poor planning especially for sleeping arrangement, and food being inedible. But when I (with my friend) walked into the office of Sahara travels, after reading all the reviews here, I immediately felt that everything was straightforward and well-organized. Mr. Bissa the son of the original owner seemed very professional and kind-hearted. So we went ahead and booked a trip with them, and we both do not regret a single thing. They have a set price, and it's not so much actually. You will not have to deal with any extra costs in the end, or anyone pressuring you for more tips. They also don't try to make themselves hype like others do by saying things like "we're from the desert. We'll show you the true beauty of the desert," etc, which I appreciate.

The one night tour: in the morning Mr. Bissa drove us in the jeep with the camel man in the back, and stopped at an abandoned town, which is a really fascinating place to see. He gave us the background in a very nice way. I was really happy to stop by there since I am very much interested in the history of silk route. Also the interesting point was that the town was built and occupied by the Brahmin caste and the guide was from the same caste. He will tell you some spooky stories about the place, which added to the mystery.

Then we drove more, and got dropped off where our camels were waiting. Each person gets his/her own camel, and they will be lead, unless you specify otherwise. If you are experienced with camels and want to take your own, that's fine with them, as long as I've seen. I have been on camels before, so I asked them if I could lead my own and they were ok with it. And I was really happy with the camel since he was very well trained and docile. We saw some wildlife too such as gazelles and different kinds of birds.

We arrived to the camp after about two hours or so and settled in, getting to know the other travelers and such. It was a really nice bonding time. While we were checking out the surrounding dunes and taking photos they prepared dinner and fire for us. The dinner overall was fantastic. We had asked for beers before (specify the number) so we had plenty to drink and we had some options for different curries. You're in luck if you're vegetarian. I think they usually cook vegetarian curries, but even as a meat eater I thought the food was good.

Sleeping under the stars is amazing! You don't have to sleep on sand since they provide metal frame and plastic weave beds (with bedding on top). I thought it was quite comfortable and warm. I had a good sleep.

In the morning the breakfast was plenty with toast, eggs, jam, etc. The only thing missing was coffee, so you might want to bring some with you if you're a coffee freak like me.
We had a fun camel ride also after a lazy morning, and then we headed back to town.

From what I've seen in the reviews everyone has a good time with this company so do it, I think it's worth the higher price. I wouldn't want to risk anything just for a few rupees.
